4. Offers, Heads of Terms & Due Diligence

Peter Roberts

Peter has spent over 30 years advising Irish business owners on audit, performance, taxation, and exit planning - including founding and leading Roberts Nathan, a Top 20 audit practice in Ireland, for 25 years. He has been through the process himself, having recently sold his own business. That firsthand experience of selling his company gives his advice a depth that only comes from having done it yourself.

James spent five years at IBI Corporate Finance (now DC Advisory), one of Ireland's longest-established corporate finance firms, executing sell-side M&A transactions across a variety of sectors. He subsequently served as Chief of Staff at a 150-person technology company. He brings the rigour and process discipline of institutional deal-making to the clients who need it most - Irish business owners selling for the first time.
